Slaughter Investments is led by Jay Slaughter, a Minneapolis‑based entrepreneur, nonprofit leader, cultural ambassador, mentor and community strategist. Jay’s work is rooted in service, healing, and empowerment. He brings a unique blend of emotional intelligence, operational expertise, and lived experience to every partnership.

Our Future: The Empowerment Center
Slaughter Investments is building the Slaughter Investments Empowerment Center, a dedicated space for youth, adults, and families to learn, lead, and connect. This center will serve as a cultural hub for life skills, leadership development, wellness, entrepreneurship, and community gatherings.
